Joseph Werner

Joseph- is a 10 – year real estate veteran and has brokered transactions in all sectors. He has developed personal relationships with hundreds of clients while focusing on sending them deals to their criteria. Joseph started his real estate career as a Real Estate Agent with The Schultz Organization, specializing in retail leasing, representing landlords, as well as retailers. Joseph joined Fortis Net Lease in 2016 to be part of a national investment Brokerage firm focusing on investment sales. Joseph partnered with DataMap intelligence- using data map proprietary technology known as “The Property Wizard” in site selecting for tenants throughout the country. The Property Wizard is a tax map and tax records “crawler” that sifts and sorts large quantities of property data producing highly accurate and exact results. Joseph is able to turn around any search criteria’s in less than 48 hours- guaranteed!! Joseph grew up in Brooklyn, NY and currently lives in Lakewood, NJ. Joseph studied in BMG and is Founder and coordinator of a major Charity Organization where funds are raised to help hundreds of poor families, providing them with their basic needs.
