Joseph A. Thavis is an Investments Associate with CBRE Capital Markets. As an Investment Associate, Joe exclusively represents buyers and sellers of multifamily investment properties throughout the Southwest Florida markets.
Prior to this role, Thavis was a Licensed Research Analyst with Carriera Regan of Tampa Bay. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is currently completing his Master’s in International Marketing Management and Investment Analysis Certificate from Boston University.
