Joseph Tawil

Joseph V. Tawil began his professional career as a property manager for two NYC real estate firms before joining the family office business in 2009. He has managed the growth of several real estate portfolios that includes over 500 multifamily units as well as 250k+ square feet of commercial space. He is involved in the daily management of these portfolios adding value through a hands-on management approach to construction, leasing, and financing. Joseph spearheaded the formation of BX Capital, a private lender which has originated over $250MM since the company’s inception in 2019, and serves as the Company’s manager.
