Mr. Scarfone personally oversees all client related services, and is extremely focused on developing a vertically integrated service platform.  This includes property & construction management, landlord & tenant representation, agency leasing, and investment sales.

ONE Investment Group is fully staffed, and allows Mr. Scarfone to develop high profile, organized and established commercial real estate portfolios for clients, investors, as well as himself.  Currently he manages and leases half of a million square feet of commercial real estate properties.
