Joseph Sanz

Joseph A. Sanz is the founder of Orion Investment and Management Ltd. Corp. Under his leadership and guidance, Orion has focused on the sales, leasing, development and management of quality commercial properties since 1978. Sanz specializes in the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate, working in conjunction with both European and domestic investors, as well as acting as a principal to many transactions. With more than 30 years of experience, Orion is one of South Florida’s longest established investment and brokerage companies specializing in buyer representation. Under his leadership, Orion has been involved in more than $3 billion in transactions and holds an active portfolio exceeding $600 million.
