Joseph Rogers is a Partner at Wilson, Hull & Neal Real Estate. In 2024, he won the Silver Phoenix Award from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors for 25 years of Million Dollar Club production. Over the course of this 25+ career he has closed real estate transactions totaling over $1 billion in lease and sale volume. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation where he works with several institutional landlords on both first generation Class “A” warehouses and second generation multi-tenant parks. Joseph graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in real estate. He is married to Jennifer and has three children Mary Louise, Will, and Margaret.
