Biography
With approximately 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Joseph represents owners/ users and tenants/buyers in both leasing and sales transactions throughout the southeast with a concentrated focus on Metropolitan Atlanta and Savannah. His knowledge of the greater Atlanta region and individual industrial submarkets provides clients with a comprehensive analysis of the overall marketplace. Joseph’s ability to find and secure off-market investment opportunities has led him to be many local and institutional investors’ first call for off-market transactions.
Joseph has expertise in all aspects of corporate real estate, including lease negotiation/restructuring, strategic planning, build-to-suit oversight, site selection consulting, logistical consulting, labor analysis, incentive consulting and disposition/leasing services as well as environmental remediation and underground storage tanks (USTs). Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Joseph represented owners/users and tenants/buyers at NAI Brannen Goddard for the previous 18 years. Prior to NAIBG, Joseph worked on a consulting basis with Dewberry Capital.
