JOSEPH A. MANASSERI is the President of Fifteen Group, where he focuses on overall organizational leadership, deal execution, and asset management. Joseph plays a key role in shaping investment decisions, deal process, transaction and business plan execution, value-add programs, and the ultimate monetization and disposition of assets. A 30+ year commercial real estate veteran, Joseph is familiar with various real estate market cycles. He previously served as Managing Director - Global Asset Management for GE Capital Real Estate’s $30 Billion Debt and REO portfolio, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s asset management group comprised of 3,200 properties across North America, Europe and Asia. At GE, Joseph particularly focused on operations, workouts, restructurings, originations and business development. Joseph has extensive experience in all major collateral types, including both debt and equity structures, in both domestic and international markets, and has an extensive track record with both asset and risk management. After GE Capital Real Estate, Joseph joined Cushman and Wakefield as an Executive Managing Director - Asset Service. As the business line leader, he led a team of 30 management professionals and over 800 building engineers and was responsible for the successful growth of the Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT) region’s property and asset management services. Joseph has also led several private New York area real estate investment and development firms. Joseph is a graduate of Pace University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is also a certified public accountant (New York, inactive), an Urban Land Institute Member, and a BOMA Member.
