Joe Horrigan is a member of the CBRE National Partners - Industrial Investment Sales Brokerage team covering the U.S. Midwest. The team’s transactions have included national portfolio sales, programmatic joint ventures, and one-off dispositions. In 2018, Joe’s team completed over 50 transactions valued at $4.1 billon.

Joe’s role within the team is Senior Production Analyst, responsible for day-to-day client interaction, executing all stages of a transaction from the request for proposal to the coordination of closing and due diligence processes, and providing marketing support. Joe began his career with CBRE as an intern in 2014 before officially joining in 2015 following graduation.
