Joseph Doran

Mr. Doran joined Tishman Speyer in 2006 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is also a member of the Investment and Compensation Committees. Mr. Doran is responsible for overseeing the firm's worldwide accounting, tax, information technology, corporate finance, strategy and procurement functions. Prior to his current role, he led the Strategy team in New York, as well as the Debt Capital Markets and Portfolio Management teams in London, where he was responsible for debt financing activities within Europe. Mr. Doran was also charged with overseeing portfolio management for the firm's European and India funds, and earlier was a member of the US Debt Capital Markets team based in New York. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he worked in the real estate leveraged finance group of Wachovia Securities and the real estate fund group of Raymond James. Mr. Doran holds a magna cum laude BS in economics from Vanderbilt University.
