Bio
JOSEPH BREDA joined MacQuesten in 2007. Mr. Breda oversees all matters relating to design and engineering. He leads the firm in progressive material selection and construction methods. Mr. Breda manages the selection of eligible subcontractors and the bidding process. He has a hands-on owner style and is onsite from project commencement to completion. Among his many responsibilities, Mr. Breda evaluates energy saving and sustainability issues during project construction as well as for properties currently owned and operated by MacQuesten affiliates.
