Bio

Jose Tello is a Principal at Bayshore Investment Partners with over eight years of experience focused primarily on multifamily and industrial real estate investments. During his tenure, Mr. Tello has overseen the equity structuring, financing, closing, and operations of ten multifamily assets across the Southeast. Additionally, Mr. Tello leads investor relations, acquisitions, and asset management at BIP. Previously, Mr. Tello served as a Senior Associate for a Single-Family Investment Fund based in Miami. Mr. Tello is a partner of ReadySpaces, an innovative co-working industrial platform that currently operates 14 warehouses in major markets across the United States and Canada. Under the new partnership that Mr. Tello assisted to structure in 2019, ReadySpaces opened four warehouses across major cities in the United States that are all currently operating. Additionally, Mr. Tello is part of the board of directors of Independiente del Valle, a professional First Division soccer organization based in Quito, Ecuador. The club is recognized globally within the professional soccer community for its exponential growth and innovative business model in South America. Furthermore, Independiente del Valle has contributed the highest number of Ecuadorian professional soccer players to first-tier teams in Europe, the United States, Brazil, and Mexico. More recently, Mr. Tello has participated as a regular guest speaker at IMN's Annual Southeast Middle Market Multifamily Conferences (owned by Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, LON:ERM). He also forms part of the YNG YPO (Young Presidents Organization) Ecuador chapter and is the Co-Founder of the Bentley Alumni YNG YPO group. Mr. Tello holds a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Economics and Entrepreneurship from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
