Jorge A Bermudez

Mr. Bermúdez has over 27 years of real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation services for the Maquiladora Industry, real estate finance and investment sales and acquisitions. Mr. Bermúdez is an industrial and office broker with capabilities that include agency leasing, property management services, property and portfolio valuation, investment consulting, lease renewal negotiations, sale & leaseback transactions and direct financing for industrial/commercial real estate projects.

KEY ASSIGNMENTS

Mr. Bermúdez has served as financial consultant and analyst for some of the largest institutional investors and developers currently acquiring and disposing of property in México. Jorge performed the financial due diligence required to complete three of the largest industrial building portfolio sales in Mexico including properties in the cites of Cd. Juárez, Silao and Mexicali. Mr. Bermúdez has facilitated the purchase of over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of investment grade real estate assets.

EDUCATION, MEMEBERSHIPS AND AWARDS

Jorge was born in México City and received a Bachelor Degree in Financial Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) Chihuahua Campus in 1995. Other education includes Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School at Cambridge, Massachusetts and Leadership in Mexico diploma from ITESM, Juarez Campus. Jorge is currently a CCIM designee and member of the local CCIM chapter in El Paso, TX. Jorge is an expert in the use of Argus, a Commercial Real Estate valuation software. In 2017, Jorge received the Bussines Management Program Diploma (D-1) from IPADE Business School, Harvard University partner in Mexico.
