Bio
Jordan has been a part of the Aptitude Development team since 2017 and heads up the asset management and marketing/leasing efforts across the company’s portfolio. He works closely with the construction teams as well as directs the onsite management at operating properties. In addition, Jordan oversees all lease up activities ensuring Aptitude’s ability to effectively execute business strategies. On-top of marketing and building operations, Jordan plays a vital role in investor relations. Prior to joining Aptitude Development, Jordan managed leasing activities for over 2MM SF of property throughout the NY Metro. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
