Jordan Kellerman

Jordan joined Peachtree Hotel Group in 2017 and holds the title of Director of Business Development for Stonehill. Starting as an analyst with the real estate team, he was responsible for financial analysis to aid the Company's investment decisions, executing real estate deals, and asset management. In 2019 Jordan shifted his focus to source acquisition deals and has now expanded that role as an originator for Stonehill.Prior to joining Peachtree, Jordan was a hotel consultant and appraiser with HVS. During his three-year tenure there, he performed appraisals, market studies, feasibility studies, ad valorem tax valuations, and purchase price allocations as well as provided consulting advice for proposed and existing hotels projects in the United States and along the Caribbean Basin.Jordan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minor in entrepreneurship. During his time in college, Jordan worked at GE Capital and Northwestern Mutual.
