Jordan A Clarke

Jordan Clarke is an Associate with the Orlando office of Lincoln Property Company. As a member of the Acquisition and Development team, Jordan is responsible for collaborating in the Sourcing, Structuring, and Underwriting of real estate transactions throughout Central and Northern Florida. While at Lincoln Property Company Clarke has underwritten hundreds of commercial properties across the major asset classes and has been directly involved in Development, Acquisitions, and Dispositions valuing $481 million dollars. Jordan also plays a key role on the brokerage team, tasked with leasing 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space. Prior to Joining Lincoln Property Company, Clarke received undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from The University of Central Florida and a Master’s In Real Estate Finance from Florida International University. Jordan is Argus Certified and a participant of The CFA institute’s programs.
