Bio
Mr. Zilber joined Meridian in 2015 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company's Beachwood, OH office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets in locations including the Midwest, Southeast, and Texas.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Zilber has negotiated more than $1 billion in financing across the United States.
