Jonathan Zamora is a First Vice President and solely specializes in the sale of multi-family, mixed-use properties and development sites across Northern New Jersey. He exclusively represents local and national investors in asset repositions, acquisitions, dispositions and 1031 exchanges. As a director of the Multi-Housing Division, Jonathan has been able to build an extensive track record and through that been able to set various sale records in his specialized markets with his access to large pools of buyers. His wealth of local market knowledge, creative approach and perseverance allows him to create brokerage solutions for his clients maximizing their profitability and preserving their wealth. Upon graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree from The Rutgers Business School, Jonathan obtained his license in New Jersey, where he was born and raised. His passions outside of real estate include spending time with family, traveling, and outdoor sports.
