Mr. Schwartz joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Manhattan office. He is a specialist in the sale of Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Retail throughout New York City. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Schwartz was the Founder of a boutique Investment Sales Firm based in Manhattan as well as a Director of Investment Sales at Eastern Consolidated.Over the course of his career, Mr. Schwartz has sold more than $500,000,000 in commercial real estate, including Hotels, Office Buildings, Multi Family, Mixed Use and NNN Leased properties nationwide. Notable property sales negotiated by Mr. Schwartz include 73-75 East 3rd Street for $19,050,000, 335 West 35th Street for $50,000,000, 124 West Houston Street for $15,500,000 and 163 Orchard Street for $23,750,000 . Mr. Schwartz holds a BA from Tulane University and a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Mr. Schwartz has appeared as a moderator at various industry events and was recognized by Commercial Observer’s 30 under 30.
