Jonathan Schneider

Jonathan is a Senior Director in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has 20 years of experience and specializes in originating, structuring and negotiating debt financing across all property types throughout New England. Jonathan brings a broad range of experience as both a lender and principal, having directly originated and invested in over $2 billion of transactions.

Prior to joining JLL, Jonathan was a Managing Director at the real estate finance advisory firm of Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, LLC. Previously, he was a Principal and General Partner at Otis & Ahearn Co-Investment Fund and a commercial real estate finance professional at HSBC Bank of America for 17 years. Jonathan appears as a guest lecturer at the Boston University School of Management and is a frequent REFA speaker.
