Jonathan Rainford

Mr. Rainford is a Senior Vice President responsible for supporting the acquisition and asset management activities of Artemis. Mr. Rainford is based in Los Angeles, CA with a focus on investments in the southwest, including healthcare related assets.Before joining Artemis, Mr. Rainford was an associate at CIM Group, where he served in the Investments Group. Mr. Rainford was focused on the acquisition of both stabilized and opportunistic projects, as well as the asset management of all major property types, including multifamily, office, retail, hotel, and industrial. Mr. Rainford has also had experience with infrastructure and residential land development projects. Mr. Rainford's responsibilities also included detailed analysis of investment communities, as well as sourcing new opportunities, debt financing, and historic tax credits.Prior to CIM Group, Mr. Rainford was an analyst at PNC Capital Advisors acting in an equity research role, covering a wide array of publicly traded companies, including numerous real estate investment trusts. Mr. Rainford earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
