Jonathan O'Donnell

Mr. O'Donnell co-founded Oliver Street Capital in 2014. Prior to Oliver St, Mr. O'Donnell was an Acquisitions Officer at Colony Realty Partners focusing on acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management. Previously, Mr. O'Donnell was an Analyst at TA Associates Realty where he worked in the portfolio operations group. Over the course of his career, Mr. O'Donnell has transacted on over $500mm of total real estate investments. Mr. O'Donnell received a B.A. from Harvard University where he was also a member of the varsity baseball team. Mr. O'Donnell lives in Winchester, MA with his wife Emily and three children.
