Jonathan Landau

Jonathan Landau is a member and the Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Property Group, LLC. He is responsible for sourcing and negotiating real estate transactions and overseeing Fortis’ myriad operating, development and leasing activities.As Fortis’ CEO, Mr. Landau has been successful in developing important real estate opportunities based on the significant real estate relationships and network which he first generated while practicing law and which he has expanded at Fortis. Signature achievements include developing the first luxury condominium tower in New York’s Seaport District and securing the most desirable redevelopment opportunity in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, to create River Park, a new, multi-block place-making residential destination.Prior to joining Fortis, Mr. Landau practiced corporate / transactional and tax law with DLA Piper LLP for six years, primarily advising real estate companies on acquisitions, dispositions, syndications, joint ventures, entity-level investments and tax-structured transactions.
