Jonathan Kutner

Jonathan Kutner is the Managing Director and Principal of Harborview Capital Partners, a full service commercial real estate finance, equity and advisory firm. Mr. Kutner has been in the real estate finance business for over a decade, during which he helped build one of the country's largest origination teams. Jonathan has successfully closed close to three-billion dollars of commercial real estate transactions. He has maintained a close relationship with both HUD national and local offices. Prior to founding Harborview, he was a Senior Managing Director at Greystone. Jonathan is a member of the American Seniors Housing Association, the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Mortgage Bankers Association, has served on the Illinois council on Long Term Care and the New Jersey Healthcare Association. He also serves as a member of the board of Madraigos, a national organization dedicated to helping at risk youth.
