Jonathan Kelemen

Mr. Kelemen is a Vice President at TBG and is responsible for transaction execution, financial analysis, and portfolio company management. Mr. Kelemen joined the firm in 2019. Mr. Kelemen is a member of the Board of Directors of REVA, Mesmerize Media Holdings LLC, Convenient Brands, Allergy & ENT Associates, P&R Dental Strategies and Campus Eye Group. Prior to joining TBG, Mr. Kelemen worked at Gladstone Investment, a publicly traded private equity fund. While at Gladstone, Mr. Kelemen evaluated, executed, and managed private equity transactions in the middle market across a variety of industries. Prior to Gladstone, Mr. Kelemen worked at Paul Capital Partners, where he focused on private equity secondaries investments. Mr. Kelemen received a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kelemen is also a CFA Charterholder.
