Bio
Jonathan Gerszberg was born in New Jersey, and has lived in Baltimore, Boston, New York City, Israel, and Miami. Jon graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University, and attained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Tufts University. After practicing for several years, Jon left veterinary medicine to pursue his passion for Real Estate. Jonathan's experience in real estate investment sales is diverse, with over $90 million dollars of transactions concentrated mostly in difficult to sell, challenged, and distressed multi-tenant retail, land, hotels, and single tenant net-leased assets. Jon also has extensive experience and comfort with bankruptcy, short sales, and significantly vacant, blighted retail centers. Jon is a member of the National Retail Division, and has been on the planning committee for the local ICSC Next Generation chapter for the last four years. He is also an active supporter of the Miami Jewish Federation, and Tikva Children's Home.Jonathan is committed to helping his clients preserve and grow their wealth by understanding their needs and empowering them to make informed real estate investing decisions.
