Jonathan Garrick is an Associate within CBRE’s National Partners Group and is based in Newport Beach. He is a member of the National Partners West Coast team that executed 76 deals with a total transaction value of $3.3 billion, covering 19.1 MSF in 2023., specializing in industrial building, land and portfolio transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jonathan was a financial analyst at Lincoln Property Company, a real estate development and operating company focusing on West Coast acquisitions and developments across all product types. Jonathan entered commercial real estate after five years competing as a professional golfer on the PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour Canada. Jonathan completed his undergraduate education at University of California, Los Angeles.
