Mr. Cope is a Senior Vice President at CBRE. He has been an active member of the Downtown Manhattan real estate community for 14 years representing both owners and tenants. Mr. Cope has extensive experience in building agency and sublease dispositions as well as tenant representation for a variety of industries including banks, financial services firms, insurance companies, software/technology companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Previously, Mr. Cope worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, Julien J. Studley and Sutton & Edwards, where he specialized in tenant and agency representation.
