Jonathan Carr

Jonathan is responsible for managing the development team and overseeing all aspects our collective activities – from site identification through to project completion - in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. Jonathan joined Grosvenor in 2007, working on the San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Development teams. He has led the development activities in Washington, D.C. since 2015. Jonathan serves on the Advisory Board of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Urban Land Institute as well as the Board of Advisors of the Capital Riverfront Business Improvement District. Jonathan earned his B.A. degree from Middlebury College in 2001 and his MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina in 2007.
