Bio
Jonathan Bush is a founding principal and managing partner for LCP Development. In addition to general oversight of the company, he is responsible for identifying prospective development opportunities, overseeing the acquisition of each asset and participating in the design, development and capitalization for each project. Previously, Jonathan was a shareholder and Executive Vice President of Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a national real estate investment, development and management company. Jonathan joined Lowe in 1986 and was responsible for the company’s commercial development and acquisition activities in Colorado, Texas, and the Midwest, representing the acquisition of approximately six million square feet of office and the development of approximately 1.5 million square feet of class-A industrial space. Representative projects include the renovation of Park Central, a 535,000 square foot office complex in downtown Denver and the development of Interpark70, a six building 750,000 SF industrial development in the East I-70 corridor. Jonathan was the 2002 President of the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), previously served on the National NAIOP Board of Directors and is LEED certified. Jonathan is a fourth generation Colorado native and lives in Littleton with his wife and two children. Education: University of Denver, MBA; Bowdoin College, Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
