Jonathan Beard joined CBRE, Inc. in 2005 with the Institutional Properties Group in the Baltimore, MD office. Now serving the firm as a Senior Vice President, Jonathan focuses on office and industrial assets. Since joining the Institutional Properties Group, Mr. Beard has handled the disposition of office and industrial properties with an aggregate value exceeding $5 billion. His market knowledge encompasses properties throughout the Mid Atlantic Region.

Mr. Beard has over 20 years experience in real estate and business acquisition. Prior to joining CB, Mr. Beard worked for Struever Brothers, Eccles & Rouse, Inc. as an Asset Manager for the company's two million square foot retail, office and industrial portfolio. Previous experience includes eight years at Aerotek, Inc. where Mr. Beard was an Assistant Vice President in their Strategic Investments Group helping the company expand its service offerings through various diversifying acquisitions. Mr. Beard also held the position of Corporate Real Estate Manager, where he represented Aerotek nationally in over 80 lease transactions.
