Bio
Jonathan Ballin is a Vice President in Townsend’s Special Situations Group which targets investments in co-investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and secondary acquisitions. In addition to new acquisition underwriting, he has significant asset management responsibilities.
Previously, Mr. Ballin was an Analyst at 60 Guilders, where he focused on real estate acquisition opportunities in New York City. Prior to joining 60 Guilders, he worked for Witkoff, where he focused on real estate acquisition opportunities in the residential, multi-family, office, and hospitality sectors throughout the U.S.
Mr. Ballin received his BBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
