Jon Wilson

With a passion for construction and the outdoors, Jon Wilson — a Wisconsin native, has worked as a project manager for a cold storage industrial contractor, as a project manager for an industrial contractor, as a manager directing new store construction for Kohl’s and then as director of operations at a real estate development and construction firm before finding his way to Charlotte in 2006. Since joining Childress Klein, Jon has been a key member of the industrial division which focuses on the development of multiple-sized industrial buildings and industrial parks for lease across the southeast. Providing end-to-end project and construction management services, Jon has continually delivered customized solutions that ensure quality planning and execution for all of our clients. Within this new position as the Director of Industrial Development, Jon will spearhead the continued expansion of our business — a critical role given the growth of our land holdings, as well as the further entitlement and development work required to bring those sites into production. In addition, he will be working closely with the other industrial partners to identify and secure new business opportunities.
