Jon joined CBRE with the acquisition of Insignia/ESG in July 2003 and has been in commercial real estate since 1986. He is an Executive Vice President and a Tenant and Landlord representative. Jon is a key player of the CBRE Office Group in the Philadelphia region with over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience.  He is also the department head of the firm's Southern New Jersey office in Mount Laurel


Jon has formed and nurtured relationships with many signature national client companies including Lockheed Martin, D&B, Reuben H. Donnelley, IMS Health Inc, Harleysville Insurance Company, Nationwide Insurance Company, Campbells Soup Company and General Services Administration. For Lockheed Martin Corporation, he acted as the tenant representative for multiple transactions totaling over 1.5 million square feet. As a representative for D&B, Jon has also leased over 1.5 million square feet of space and sold corporate properties totaling over $200 million. Jon has represented D&B, IMS Health, iQor, American Water, Reuben H. Donnelley and Yellowbook USA in relocating their Corporate Headquarters. He has completed some the region's most significant transactions for corporations such as: American Water, Subaru, Allstate Insurance, American Express Corporation, American General Finance, American Multi Cinema (AMC), AT&T, Bank of America, Conner Strong, Conrail, Cooper Hospital, Dow Chemical Corporation, EDS Corporation, Eli Lilly Company, Ford Consumer Finance, Harris Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Mediq, Inc., Maryland National Bank, McKesson, Ryder Truck Company, SmithKline Corporation, Sprint Corporation, U.S. Gypsum Corporation, and Whirlpool, Inc. Jon has also completed several sales of major office corporate centers; a few include Mount Laurel Corporate Center, Greentree North Corporate Center, 1 Brace Rd and Moorestown West Corporate Center.
