Jon is an Associate at CBRE Affordable Housing where he specializes in the valuation and disposition of Section 42, Section 8, and mixed income multifamily assets throughout the United States. Since joining CBRE Affordable Housing, Jon served as an analyst where he valued over 14,000 affordable housing units, accounting for over $3 billion in real estate value.

Prior to joining CBRE Affordable Housing, Jon originated and valued multifamily acquisition and development opportunities for a New York City developer.
