Bio
Jon’s energy and passion for life is contagious. After graduating from Davidson College, he joined Beacon in 1995 as a leasing agent and has served multiple roles: development, acquisition and asset/investment roles. Today, he stewards the growth of Beacon’s industrial portfolio through acquisition and development. He also serves as Development Committee Chair for the KIPP Charlotte Board, an open enrollment public charter school focused on underserved communities.
