Hendrickson specializes in the investment sale of retail and office properties, serving as a highly trusted advisor and advocate for Colorado investors. His 18+ years of experience include the sale of more than $2B in quality, multi-tenant investments throughout the Mountain States region. He has been a top-producing broker throughout his career, ranking on the Denver Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” list, receiving NAIOP Awards of Achievement, and earning high-profile brokerage achievements both locally and nationally.

Prior to teaming with Aaron Johnson in 2014, Jon was Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. He quickly and repeatedly distinguished himself at the firm, earning National Achievement Awards in 2007, 2012, 2013, and 2014, among other honors. Jon earned his BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa. He is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), and Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR). Jon was the 2017 President of DMCAR and a Board Member from 2012 to 2018.
