Bio

Jon Hallgrimson has specialized in apartment and residential land sales with CBRE, Inc. for over 25 years.  Throughout his tenure, he has been involved in a wide variety of residential investment transactions throughout the state of Washington.  He has closed more than 200 apartment and land transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $6 billion.

Since 1997, Jon has been the top-performing broker in the Northwest Region for all specialty types in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2012.  He has been the top multifamily broker in the region since 1993. In 2006 and 2010 he was awarded Top Investment Broker in Seattle by SIOR.

In 1998, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2012 he was a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which includes the top 100 of CBRE's sales professionals within the company.  He is consistently in the top ten nationally among the firm's multifamily brokers.

In 2007 he was selected to be on CBRE's Institutional Group representing the Northwest among the top ten real estate markets in the United States.  Jon listed and marketed The Bravern, a 455-unit apartment building in Bellevue that was originally designed and built as a two-tower luxury condominium.  Other notable assignments include Panorama House, The Martin, Metropolitan Tower, and Carillon Heights. 

The residential land team he leads has successfully sold many of the region's largest residential communities, including Redmond Ridge, Issaquah Highlands, High Point, Rainier Vista, and the Spring District.
