Bio
Jon DeMarco is our Director of Asset Management. Before joining VICI, Jon was a Director on the Asset Management Team at ACRES Capital, where he oversaw a commercial real estate portfolio with a focus on construction and bridge lending. Previously, Mr. DeMarco spent four years with Modern Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Team, focusing on originations, underwriting and portfolio management. He graduated from The College of William and Mary with a BA in Economics.
