Bio
Jon joined Crosspoint in July 2015 as Chief Financial Officer having 25 years of finance and accounting experience with office, retail, industrial, residential and development real estate projects. Working with company personnel and outside professionals Jon has specific responsibility for all financial aspects of the company and its managed properties including internal and external reporting, project financing, cash and debt management, budget analysis, tax planning, risk management and human resource functions. Jon holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University and is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association.
