Jon Brayshaw

Jon Brayshaw is a Co-Founding Partner of Prime Finance and a member of both the Short and Long Duration Investment Committees. Mr. Brayshaw leads the New York office where he oversees Capital Markets and Legal Strategy for the entire platform and focuses on New Business Development. Prior to forming Prime Finance, Mr. Brayshaw was a Managing Director at Natixis, where he was involved in negotiating, structuring and closing commercial real estate loan transactions. Prior to Natixis, Mr. Brayshaw practiced law in New York at Kaye Scholer LLP. Mr. Brayshaw is a graduate of Bates College and the Fordham University School of Law.
