Jolly Singh

Jolly Singh is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Oversight Group. He is actively involved in the composition, operations and investment priorities for CIM's open-end real estate. Prior to joining CIM Group in 2010, Mr. Singh was an Associate in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging investment banking group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He started his career at Corporate Executive Board as an Analyst, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley.
