Based in Nashville, Johnny is an Investment Sales Analyst for the Multifamily Team. Mr. Erpenbeck joined the team in 2022, and is responsible for creating intricate financial models, partnering in the development of marketing materials, performing extensive due diligence, and analyzing trends in both commercial real estate markets and overall financial markets.
Johnny attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he obtained a B.S. in Economics. He also spent time studying abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
