Johnny Brennan

Johnny Brennan is an Analyst with the CBRE Financial Consulting Group in Los Angeles, California.  The Financial Consulting Group (FCG) provides sophisticated financial underwriting and analytical services to investors and occupiers of real estate including real estate advisory companies, REITs, private investors, financial institutions, private companies and public corporations.  Dedicated to the Southern California Capital Markets team, Johnny provides support in the underwriting of institutional office assets throughout the Western US.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, and during his undergraduate studies, Johnny worked at Lincoln Property Company, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in all facets of the commercial real estate industry.  As an intern, he supported the Property Management and Brokerage teams by assisting senior leadership with portfolio oversight, multi-market research, business intelligence, due diligence and transaction analysis.  Upon graduation, Johnny moved into a full-time Acquisitions intern position, where he assisted Lincoln’s acquisition team in the underwriting and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
