Bio
John Wilcox is responsible for sourcing and securing debt and equity financing for Spinnaker’s projects and developments. John has diverse experience with the intersection of technology and commercial real estate. He has expertise in capital raising & structuring, sourcing debt and equity for institutional and private clients’ CRE needs. Including: senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, PERE funds, programmatic joint ventures, equity for prop-tech ventures, through multiple channels. John has successfully completed in excess of $10 Billion of commercial real estate debt and equity raises involving all property types. John received a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia University. He is an avid sailor and has served on both municipal and state boards and commissions in Connecticut.
