Profile
John Ward joined the industrial team in 1999. He has become one of the area's most active brokers in the sale and leasing of industrial properties earning his SIOR designation in 2004. In 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2014 he was awarded the NAIOP Industrial Lease of the Year for Nashville. John and his partners are responsible for leasing in excess of 52 million square feet of industrial real estate in the greater Nashville area. John has participated in more than $692 million of lease transactions and over $558 million of investment sale transactions since 1999.
