John Vandenbark

John Vandenbark joined CBRE, Inc. in 1995. He specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for the leasing and sale of office properties in the Indianapolis metropolitan market. Mr. Vandenbark and the Indianapolis office team consistently rank first in the office for annual number of transactions by closing over 100 deals per year for the past five years. Since joining CBRE,  John has been involved in over 1,800 transactions valued at over $1.7 Billion dollars. On multiple occasions, John has been named a part of the Top Five Producers for the CBRE Indianapolis office, and consecutively for the last three years.
