With over 25 years of engineering, design and construction experience, John is responsible for oversight and development of NorthPoint’s Kansas City, Denver, Reno, and Philadelphia industrial market sectors. This role includes industrial park master planning, building development and construction. John has developed over 22 million square feet of bulk warehouse distribution and manufacturing projects in the past 7 years. Prior to joining NorthPoint Development, John served as the Kansas City area Operations Manager for Terracon Consultants
