Bio
John is a Managing Director in the San Antonio office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He returned to JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. He is an experienced and passionate capital markets leader with expertise in helping property owners maximize the value of their commercial real estate investments. John offers targeted advice on how to increase cash flow and long-term value, and implements a proactive and strategic marketing process that achieves maximum proceeds on a property sale. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than $2 billion in regional property transactions in San Antonio and Austin.
John started at HFF in July 2013. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President and Leader of the Capital Markets group for Central Texas at JLL. Prior to that, he led the capital markets groups of Trammell Crow Company and worked briefly with CBRE after the merger with Trammell Crow.
