Bio
J.C. Tacot is a graduate of Florida State University and hold degrees in real estate and finance. Prior to joining Colliers, J.C. worked with CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance group and specialized in the evaluation, underwriting, and closing of commercial real estate debt. J.C. has also worked in Europe for a portfolio company of TPG that specializes in the development and management of industrial assets throughout Central and Western Europe. J.C. supports the Debt & Equity Finance team in the underwriting and analysis of loan organizations and he helps facilitate the loan process. J.C. has been involved with the origination, underwriting, and placement of over $1 billion in commercial real estate debt.
